From the Baby sessions (8 weeks+) to the Independent sessions (3 1/2 years) the Gym Gems programme is full of variety and physical challenges for all.

 

We offer lots of activities specially designed for different stages of physical development. All programmes provide dynamic activities including rolling, balancing, rebound and swinging using music as encouragement. 

 

Gym-Gems believes in learning through play using large apparatus and a range of hand apparatus.  Our physical activities increase muscle strength, enhance co-ordination and agility whilst building confidence and self esteem.

 

All our coaches are British Gymnastics qualified and fully CRB checked but most importantly they really love working with children.
